Refund Policy

By using TopCard services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

TopCard is a digital service platform that facilitates online transactions and related services. Once a transaction has been successfully completed, it is considered final and non-reversible.

Refunds will only be issued in specific situations as described in this policy.


2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate transaction caused by a technical error
  • Transaction completed but the requested service was not delivered
  • System failure or processing error from TopCard’s system
  • Unauthorized transaction confirmed after investigation

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect details entered by the user (such as wrong account or payment information)
  • Change of mind after a successful transaction
  • Delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers
  • Transactions associated with misuse of the platform or policy violations
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact TopCard within 48 hours of the transaction.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund consideration.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

If the refund request is approved, the refund will typically be processed within 7–10 business days.

The actual credit time may vary depending on:

  • The bank or payment provider
  • The original payment method used for the transaction

6. Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact TopCard first before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Unreported chargebacks may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account restrictions

7. Fraud Prevention

TopCard reserves the right to deny refund requests if the transaction is suspected to involve fraud, misuse, or violation of platform policies.

Accounts involved in such activities may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.


8. Modification of Policy

TopCard reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately once published on the platform with an updated Effective Date.
